Former UDA Vice-Chair Kipruto Arap Kirwa revealed his regrets after leaving President William Ruto's UDA Party.

According to Kirwa, he was confident enough that the Azimio One Kenya Alliance team was going to make it to Statehouse and take over the Government. Kirwa said he was not decamping from Kenya Kwanza to join the opposition. Kirwa says his lowest moment was when Azimio lost and he happened to be officially in opposition.

"I once worked under the leadership of William Samoei Arap Ruto, as UDA Vice-Chair. And I can confirm to you that William Ruto's Leadership is more of a unique context and he understands what he wants to Achieve," said Kirwa.

"I sometimes regret why I left UDA. Maybe I was deceived by the Azimio Political wave. But the reality is that William Ruto is more concerned of better leadership," he added.

During the interview in K24 TV, Kirwa mentioned IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati for his courage and good work.

"I cannot waste my time complaining about Chebukati. He portrayed Leadership as the chair of IEBC," he added.

Kirwa also added that Mr. Kibicho was exonerated by the fact that he did not want any war. He was an officer of the government who stood his ground. The insinuation that the Deep State was involved in the previous election is far-fetched.
